  1. Yes, technology is good when it is used in a proper way. But when it is abused, too much usage is not good. It costs your time and your health. I agree with this post. As parents, our responsibility also is to discipline our kids on technology usage, discipline their time and schedules. Other places who don’t have high technologies, others who don’t have electricity, they used to sleep early and have good rest and good health.
